Terms of Service
Effective August 27, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nimdea website, dashboard, and browser extension. By creating an account, starting a trial, or using Nimdea, you agree to them.
Using Nimdea
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your country and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account and browser secure. Nimdea is licensed for your personal or internal business use; it is not sold to you.
Seven-day trial and subscriptions
Nimdea has no free tier. A payment method is required to start the seven-day trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Lemon Squeezy will automatically charge the monthly or yearly price shown at checkout, plus any applicable tax, and the subscription will renew on that interval until cancelled. The checkout page is the final source of the price and charge date you agree to.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel from Plan & usage in your Nimdea dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the displayed end date. Refund requests are considered case by case and remain subject to applicable law and Lemon Squeezy's payment rules. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.
Fair use
Each paid plan currently includes up to 300 standard AI actions per day, 120 minutes of transcription per month, and the automatic-help allowance shown in the product. Limits protect service quality and operating costs and reset on the schedule displayed in your dashboard. You may not share accounts, automate bulk requests, resell access, evade limits, or use Nimdea to operate a competing service.
Acceptable use
Do not use Nimdea to break the law, violate another person's rights, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, generate abusive or fraudulent content, or process content you are not permitted to submit. You remain responsible for the text, webpages, captions, audio, and email content you choose to process.
AI output
AI-generated explanations, summaries, translations, drafts, and answers can be incomplete or wrong. Review output before relying on it or sending it to another person. Nimdea is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes advice.
Service changes and availability
We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features and supported websites. Browser and website changes can temporarily affect extension behavior. We work to keep Nimdea available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
Ownership
Nimdea, its software, branding, and product materials belong to Nimdea and its licensors. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us only the permissions needed to process it, operate the service, prevent abuse, and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, violation of these terms, or legal requirements. You may stop using Nimdea at any time, but deleting or abandoning an account does not by itself cancel an active subscription; use the customer portal first.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nimdea is provided as available without implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects current subscribers. Continued use after an effective change means you accept the updated terms.
